Buying
 Our unique assortment of products are mostly imported from the Central and South American flower farms, as well as through our well-established ties to the West Coast, green plants direct from Florida, and through our long-standing relationships with local sources. Winter, spring, summer or fall....each and every day, LaRosa's Flowers brings something fresh and new from the finest nature has to offer
Processing
Each day our products are flown directly to us overnight from around the world and arrive, at the break of dawn, crisp, fresh and fragrant. Upon delivery to our processing center, each and every stem is carefully inspected, fresh cut, conditioned and cooled by our seasoned staff to ensure quality and longevity of the product.
You can expect our outstanding delivery staff to arrive and hand-deliver your gift in our well known and widely recognized black LaRosa's Flowers vans. Each vehicle is equipped with GPS locators and cell phones for maximum safety and efficiency. Every order is handled individually and guaranteed for freshness.
Hours of Operation
Our floral shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. All Sympathy orders for Sunday delivery must be placed on Saturday by 2:00 p.m.
Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $6.95will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries to Lebanon and Scott Air Force Base the delivery charge is $9.95 with a minimum $39.99 order) All orders received by 2 P.M assure same-day delivery. For delivery after 2 P.M for same day please call for availability. We always try to work with you.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with similar color. Rest assured we always provide full value to each and every order.
